The Lea Valley Federation has made constructive representations to
authorities at an early stage in their consultation processes, in the
hope that they will incorporate our suggestions and ideas in their
development plans and frameworks. We believe that by doing so it will
reduce the likelihood at a later stage of having to engage in
time-consuming opposition of those strategies with which we do not
agree.
