Topics On This Page: Help - Logging On

Logging On

There are three main ways to access the database:

Logging on is a simple process. Supply your name or part of your name, or an email address.

If you are using the system for the first time, perhaps you don't know how your name was entered (e.g. John Campbell or John F Campbell or CAMPBELL, John). In this case you can enter a part of your user name (e.g. Campbell), and press SIGN IN.

This will lead to a search and confirm screen.

If you’ve forgotten your password, enter (or select) your user name and press SEND ME MY PASSWORD. Your password will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

Logging on from System generated Mails

The first you might ever know about Clubplan is when you receive a meeting reminder message message similar to this:

You will notice that there are links to accept or decline the invitation, or to schedule yourself for another role.

The links are personalised, so when you select it it will know who you are and log you in.

You may change your password to something more memorable once logged in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some clubs make format your username like "John Campbell" while others opt for "CAMPBELL, John". To find your username type part of your name in (e.g. your surname) and the system will list all the matches. Select your name from the list. Log in as normal.  You can change your password in MY DETAILS.

How do I go about changing my photo on the members' database?

Go MY DETAILS, next to your photograph click BROWSE, select the location of your photograph and click OK. Save your details. Viola!

I am now on ClubPlan for many separate clubs and would like to combine them all for my own ease. Any ideas?

The MY CLUBS tab lists all clubs you are a member of.  If you synchronise passwords (by going to each club in turn and changing your password) you will be able to move between clubs easily.  There are plans in the pipeline to show your schedule and history across all clubs on a single screens.
