FOOTBALL TRAINING

Sunday morning football coaching for children at local schools, happening each weekend during term-time in Springfield Park at 10.30am (past tennis courts going north, on the grass by the cricket pitch) – cost is £3 per child per session. The session is run by qualified coaches.

We welcome any keen footballers between the ages of 5 and 11, who’d like to improve their skills.

Sessions run for two hours every Sunday morning, finishing at 12:30pm

Note that football coaching happens pretty much whatever the weather – rain and cold do NOT stop play! Children need training shoes (football boots when the ground gets softer), jacket, water to drink and gloves and hat if the weather is cold. Shin pads are handy, as the children usually play a match at the end of most sessions. Parents can drop children off, but must leave a mobile number with me (or other parent attending).

Please get in touch ASAP if you’d like your child to attend.
